Killarney National Park Opening Times 2012

There is 24 hour pedestrian access to Killarney National Park throughout the year except for the Killarney House area which is open as follows:-

Automated Gates in operation at the Golden Gates on the N71 and on the Cherry Drive within the park.

January, February, March, November, December – Open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

April, May, October – Open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

June, July, August – Open 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

There is 24 hour pedestrian access to the Knockreer and Ross Island sections of the National Park

The Motor Entrance to Muckross House is open as follows:-

Automated Gate in operation from the N71...Callout fee applies after official closing time.

January, February, March, April November, December – Open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

April, May, June, September,October – Open 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

July, August – Open 8 a.m. – 9.30 p.m. ................
